Every year adults make resolutions right before the New Year in the hopes to make positive changes in his/her life. Sometimes adults may make resolutions that will benefit their kids, such as, spending more quality time with their children, taking them on a trip, or just being an overall better parent. But have you ever thought about talking to you kids about making their own new Year’s resolutions?

Many adults weren’t the only ones upset with this year’s President elect Donald Trump, kids were too! But kids weren’t receiving the education that followed the political process, and therefore were confused and a bit scared. Based on the top concerns kids’ have, I created a kit that is funny but also teaches a bit of politics.

Around this time, everyone starts to share what they are thankful for. I am thankful everyday I am living and breathing, and the fact that I help children achieve their maximum potential, and the list goes on.
